Booking Policy

Deposit and Payment for Regular Sessions

  • A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your booking.

  • The remaining balance is due 7 days before the session date.

  • Payment methods accepted: Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer.

Deposit and Payment for Weddings

  • A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your wedding photography booking.

  • 50% of the total fee is due 30 days before the wedding date.

  • The remaining balance is due 7 days before the wedding date.

  • Payment methods accepted: Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Regular Sessions:

    • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit.

    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may forfeit the deposit.

    • Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice without penalty. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the session will incur a $50 fee.

  • Weddings:

    • Cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will receive a full refund of any amount paid beyond the non-refundable deposit.

    • Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance may forfeit the entire amount paid.

    • Rescheduling is allowed with at least 30 days’ notice without penalty. Rescheduling within 30 days of the wedding will incur a $200 fee.

Session Duration and Punctuality

  • The duration of your session depends on the package selected.

  • Please arrive on time to ensure the full duration of your session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

Weather Policy

  • For outdoor sessions, if the weather is unfavourable, we will reschedule at no extra cost or move to an indoor location if available.

Image Delivery

  • Edited images will be delivered within 1-2 weeks for regular sessions and 4-6 weeks for weddings.

  • Images will be delivered through a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your photos.

Prints and Products

  • Additional prints and products are available for purchase through your online gallery.

  • Custom-designed albums and other print products can be ordered separately.

Model Release

  • By booking a session, you agree to allow Trang Arya Photography to use images from your session for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.

Privacy Policy

  • Your personal information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of booking and conducting your photography session.
